Designed by Geometrik Consultant LLP and engineered and installed by Schafbock Design Workshop, this 4,200 sq. ft. tensile facade stands as a bold architectural gesture—lightweight, sculptural, and future-forward.

For Sarnar Buildcon, a rapidly growing entrepreneurial venture, the objective extended far beyond conventional envelope cladding. The project called for a landmark statement: a commercial facility that showcases structural agility, environmental stewardship, and modern engineering.

Transforming Thermal Performance Through Tensile Architecture

Operating as an advanced second skin, this tensile facade transforms the building’s microclimate and overall thermal behavior. By intercepting direct solar radiation before it reaches the primary glazing and concrete envelope, the exterior membrane dramatically cuts solar heat ingress.
